Every Astrocastro plan is scoped around a specific set of deliverables — not billable hours. You know exactly what you're getting before you sign. The Foundation plan suits solo content managers or small brands launching their first structured content operation. The Growth plan is designed for teams of three to eight who need a full system built and their staff trained. The Scale plan is for content-heavy businesses running multiple channels who need every component — strategy, pipeline, onboarding, and analytics — integrated and handed over as a single working system. All plans include a 30-day support window after handoff.

Do the prices include writing or content creation?
No — Astrocastro builds the system your writers use, not the content itself. We design the strategy, pipeline, and workflows so your existing team or freelancers produce better output faster. If you need writer sourcing advice, we're happy to point you in the right direction at no extra cost.
Can I start with one service area and expand later?
Yes. If you only need the editorial strategy sprint right now, that's a valid starting point. We build every component to integrate cleanly with the others, so expanding to a full pipeline design or team onboarding later is straightforward — and we'll credit your earlier investment toward the larger plan.
How long does the full Scale engagement take?
Typically six to eight weeks from kickoff to final handoff, depending on your team's availability for interviews and review sessions. We've completed engagements in five weeks when clients move quickly on feedback, and some have run to ten weeks when internal approvals take longer. We'll give you a specific timeline estimate in the scoping call.
What tools do you work with?
We build around the tools you already use — Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, WordPress, Webflow, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio are the most common. If you use something different, let us know during scoping and we'll confirm compatibility before any contract is signed.
